The sender views display your senders. There are five categegories
available:

Unknown senders
These are new senders, so far unknown to ChoiceMail. ChoiceMail
automatically sends a registration request to these senders. By
default, ChoiceMail waits 4 days for a response to the registration
request and then deletes the sender if a response does not arrive
in that time period.

Approval pending
Senders in this list have responded
to the registration request. You can right-click on each sender
in this list and decide whether you want to allow email messages
from that sender. In case you don't have the alert popup enabled
(or it closed automatically), the Approval Pending tab flashes
to notify you that there are senders waiting to be approved.

Rejected senders
Senders in this list have been rejected
by you either explicitly or because the content of an email message
matched a rule with a reject action. Incoming messages from these
senders will be silently deleted.

Approved senders
Senders on this list have been approved
by you, typically in response to a registration request or because
you added the sender manually. Senders to whom you first
sent a message are also included here as are senders approved
because the content of one of their incoming
email messages matched a rule with an accept action.

All senders
This view contains all senders known
to ChoiceMail. This is the view to use if you are looking for
a sender and you don't know to which category a sender belongs.
It's useful to use the view filter to
restrict the view to senders matching characters that you type.
