Some AOL users with a large number of messages
(over 100 at one time, say) have reported that they receive
some of these messages again.
It appears that the AOL system is quite slow at deleting messages
and if you have ChoiceMail checking for messages too often, AOL
might not yet have removed some of your older messages.
The workaround is to increase the amount of time before ChoiceMail
checks for new mail. From the ChoiceMail main window, click on
Options | Preferences and increase
the value of the entry called "Automatically check for emails"
