Access violation on startup - ChoiceMail One Version 2.0

A few users have reported
an access violation when starting ChoiceMail One version 2.0
The error message is something like
Access violation at 0x77E5A2F9
(tried to write to 0x00030CFC)
Program terminated.
This problem has been fixed as of version 2.0a.
