Access violation when starting ChoiceMail One 2.000c
A very small number of users have reported that ChoiceMail One version 2.000c crashes on start up. We have determined that this is due to residual information left in the registry after an uninstall of MS Outlook (Note: MS Outlook is not the same as Outlook Express).

ChoiceMail is detecting that residual information and thinks that MS Outlook is still installed on that machine.

If you are certain that you are not using MS Outlook and have uninstalled it at some point in the past, you can use the following utility to remove the residual entry in the registry that is tricking ChoiceMail One into thinking that MS Outlook is still installed.

Download the utility program, called RemoveOutLookKey.exe and after you have run it, ChoiceMail One should start up normally.
