If you are experiencing 100%
CPU utilization, it may be due to one of the permission rules that
is included with ChoiceMail One version 2.0. The rule is called "Stuff
after end of HTML page" and under some rare circumstances, it can
cause a large amount of processing that will tie up your system.
You have two choices. You can switch off this rule. Perform the following
steps:
1) Click on Actions | Permission Rules
2) Scroll down the list of message rules until you find the rule
called
Stuff after end of HTML page
3) Uncheck the box on the left
4) Click OK
If you want to keep this rule active, it needs to be modifed to correct
the flaw.
1) Click on Actions | Permission Rules
2) Scroll down the list of message rules until you find the rule called
Stuff after end of HTML page
3) Select that rule (by clicking on it) and press the Modify button.
4) In the Edit E-mail Rule dialog that pops up, select the "Body" tab in the
Rule conditions section at the top.
5) There should be a single line of text.
Erase the line and paste in the following replacement text. Make sure there are
no spaces at the beginning or after the final ? character at the end.

6) Click OK to close the Edit E-mail Rule dialog.
7) Click OK to close the Permission management dialog.
