Question: I use separate identities
in Outlook Express to keep my personal and business email messages
distinct. However, when I connect to ChoiceMail, I am receiving the
mail for both of my identities regardless of which identity I have
selected in Outlook. How can I make my incoming mail be stored into
a folder associated with the correct identity for that incoming message?
Answer: You can use OutlookExpress
rules to say explicitly to NOT download certain messages if the TO
address of the incoming email message is not associated with that
specific identity.
Note: ChoiceMail does not automatically configure accounts in multiple
identities. It will only change the accounts for the identity that
is currenty selected by Outlook Express. Youu will have to modify
your email accounts manually in Outlook Express to connect to ChoiceMail.
Please see the ChoiceMail
user guide for more information on configuring your email application
manually. |
