Conflicts with Norton AntiSpam

We have heard a few reports where ChoiceMail One just doesn't work properly if you have Norton AntiSpam installed. One symtom we hear quite often is that your email client doesn't detect that a message has in fact been sent out properly even though it was in fact sent out.
We don't know what Norton's product is doing but we have confirmed that uninstalling Norton AntiSpam solves the problem completely.
