Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection

If you receive this error when you
try to read mail, typically with MS Outlook or Outlook Express,
there is a problem with your firewall configuration. This is NOT a problem
with ChoiceMail itself and there is nothing we can do to fix it. Rather,
your firewall is blocking ChoiceMail One from maintaining connections. You
will have to contact your firewall vendor for help with this issue.

Although the articles above refer to Symantec's firewall, based
on feedback from our own customers, this problem can happen with
any firewall product but customers with McAfee's firewall appear
to have experienced the most difficulty.
