Although ChoiceMail One can modify an existing account in Outlook (98, 2000, 2002/XP), it is currently unable to create a new account.

So if you are ONLY using a webmail account and you were not using Outlook with ChoiceMail previously, then you have to configure Outlook manually.

With the exception of AOL users, most users who use webmail accounts already have POP3 accounts setup (through the ISP to which they connect) and if you then add a webaccount, you should select MANUAL from the web mail wizard account setup dialog because your email application should already be configured to communicate with ChoiceMail One.
